Venue Usage and Events Policy
At Calvary LIFE, our facilities exist first and foremost to support the mission and ministry of the church. We are honored that many people consider our campus a meaningful place for important moments in life, and we seek to steward our space with clarity, care, and purpose.
General Venue Use
Calvary LIFE is generally not available for private, non-church-affiliated events. This includes personal, social, or celebratory gatherings that are not connected to or overseen by the church’s ministry, mission, or pastoral care. Our facilities are reserved primarily for church-related activities and select life events that align with the role of the church.
Permitted Events
At this time, Calvary LIFE accommodates the following events:
Funerals
Funeral services are welcomed as an extension of our pastoral care ministry. It is our privilege to support families during seasons of loss, remembrance, and hope.
Weddings
Wedding ceremonies may be hosted at Calvary LIFE when they align with the church’s beliefs, values, and pastoral guidelines. All wedding requests are subject to approval and availability.
Fees and Costs
Funerals
There is no charge for the use of the Calvary LIFE venue for funeral services.
Weddings
There is a fee associated with hosting a wedding at Calvary LIFE. Specific costs and details are discussed during the initial inquiry and booking process, as needs and arrangements may vary.
