Please pray for the Lord to provide a construction defect/lien attorney quickly to represent me on a terrible construction work on my property. There’s not many construction defect/lien attorneys in my area. The bond company found the contractor violated the contract and wants to settle and have me waive my rights to other claims. I have an existing claim with the state licensing board. It will cost about five times what the bond is offering to fix the defects. Please keep me in prayer as I seek legal help and for the Lord to break all barriers that hinders me finding the attorney. I pray that he will provide the attorney quickly to take the lien off the property asap and get compensated to get the defects corrected. Thank you for your prayers.
